What does recurring house cleaning include?
The room tabs show the routine checklist for the rooms in your plan. We confirm your priorities and any special surfaces before booking. Deep buildup, appliance interiors and other extra work are discussed separately.
Is recurring cleaning the same as a deep clean?
No. Recurring visits maintain your home between appointments. If there is heavier buildup or extra detail work, we can discuss a separate initial deep clean and then a recurring plan.
How do I choose weekly, every-two-week or monthly visits?
Think about how quickly the kitchen, bathrooms and floors need attention. Household activity, pets, home size and the cleaning you handle between visits all matter. Tell us what is getting hard to keep up with and we’ll help you choose.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. We agree on safe entry and lock-up arrangements before the visit. Tell us about pets and anything that needs special care; keep access codes out of your initial quote request.
Can I change the tasks or my schedule?
Contact us before the visit to discuss what has changed. We’ll confirm the available options and whether extra work changes the time or price.
What about hallways, stairs or a home office?
Tell us which additional indoor areas you want included. We’ll agree on the accessible dusting, touchpoints and floor care for those areas in your quote.
