Your building sets
a high standard.
So should its cleaning.

Office and carpet cleaning that helps your business make a great first impression. We care for your space and plan the cleaning around the people who use it.

For properties where details matter

A Beautiful Building.
A Lasting First Impression.

Your lobby welcomes people before you do. Marked carpets, dusty surfaces, and untidy shared spaces can take away from the care you put into the rest of your building.

SRS helps you keep that first impression in focus. From offices and meeting rooms to shared areas, we agree on the cleaning your property needs and a schedule that fits the people who use it.

A clearer conversation

You Have A Business To Run. Chasing Your Cleaners Shouldn’t Be Part Of It.

A missed area. A change in your hours. A question about the next visit. None should turn into a string of unanswered messages. You want to know someone understands the concern and what happens next.

Reach SRS by phone or email to discuss your cleaning. Tell us what needs attention, and we’ll review it with you and agree on the next step—so you have a clear answer, not another task to chase.

Commercial carpet cleaning

Busy entrances and walkways can start to look tired even with regular vacuuming. Give your office carpets deeper attention, with cleaning focused on embedded dirt, high-traffic areas, and spots that can be treated.

People you can trust

Feel Confident About Who You Let Into Your Building.

Your office is where employees work, clients meet with you, and important information is kept. Choosing cleaners means deciding who you feel comfortable allowing through the door.

SRS cleaners are background-checked, and our business is fully licensed and insured. Before work begins, we’ll discuss access requirements and areas that are off-limits. Ask us about our team and share the instructions we need to respect how your building operates.

Care that continues

The First Clean Should Set The Standard—Not Be The Exception.

A thorough first visit matters. So does how your office looks months later. Restrooms still need attention. Meeting rooms still need to feel ready. Those details shouldn’t fade once cleaning becomes routine.

The agreed tasks set a clear standard for each visit. We’ll discuss what needs regular attention and what needs cleaning less often. If something doesn’t match the agreed work, let us know so we can review it with you.

Have another question?
Call (714) 439-8500 or
email info@srscleaning.com.

Can you clean outside our working hours?

Tell us your opening hours and preferred cleaning times. We’ll review availability and confirm the service window before booking.

Do you offer recurring and one-time office cleaning?

We can discuss either. Tell us what needs attention and how often you’d like help so we can review a suitable schedule.

What is included in office cleaning?

The included tasks depend on your agreed plan. We’ll review the offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and shared areas you want cleaned, along with any exclusions.

Is carpet cleaning included in regular office cleaning?

Routine floor care and a deeper carpet clean are different services. We’ll explain what your office-cleaning plan includes and quote separately for carpet cleaning where needed.

Do we need a walkthrough before getting a quote?

Not every request needs one. Start with your location, approximate building or office size, and cleaning needs. We’ll discuss whether a walkthrough would help us confirm the work before quoting.

How do we get started if we already have a cleaning company?

Share what you’d like to improve and when you’d like service to begin. We’ll review your requirements and availability. Check any notice terms with your current provider before committing to a change.
